hi men been a long time long story but i am trying to get my bike on the road
can you help with the best way to change the oil in the bike
i have the old oil out / do i need to bleed the system , i can see a bleed nut at the top of the oil filter housing , how much oil do i need

also where do i get fork seals for the palilo 43mm forks

Where are you located?
normaly every suspension shop have them.

Do I need to let the air out of the system at the oil filter or do I just add the oil and it will be ok

Where are you located?
normaly every suspension shop have them.


I will look for some shops but do not think we have any in Ireland

let the air out of the system !
at the top of the oil filter housing at the little Screw.
screw out a little bit... an then I screw out completely and then only kick until oil runs out there.. and all iss good

thanks for the information Pattrick
the bike had a small oil leak due to a gasket fitted wrong from the factory
going to the garage tonight to finish this job

Your English is much better than my German to my shame
i will say in my defense that in my school days the woman German teacher was a bad person her favorite punishment was to stab you in the head with a pen

i think it was more the fact i was young and thought that i would never travel to such far way places ,how wrong was i

SKF have the best material, but in fact of the price more reasonable for competition.
NOk seals are used by the most suspension companies, also many oem engine seals are fron them.
