Zum Druck an sich muss ich noch gucken was für Filament ich verwenden werde(Habe verschiedene Optionen, bin da relativ gut ausgestattet)

3D gescannt ist nicht wirklich schnell, auch mit teuren Handscannern aus der Industrie. Ob die erzeugten Daten dann auch wirklich "wasserdicht" zum Druck sind, ist die andere Frage. Heckverkleidungen auf einem 3D Drucker herzustellen braucht es grosse Bauräume, ne Lampenmaske geht von den Dimensionen auch auf einem Ender 5 Pro. Das Drucken in brauchbaren Materialien wie ABS, PC , PET_G usw benötigt unbedingt einen geschlossenen Bauraum, der auch kontrolliert temperiert ist. Besser wäre, wenn ein Dual-Extruder-Drucker verwendet wird. Ansonsten hat man viel Spass beim Entfernen der zum Drucken notwendigen Stützstrukturen. Für kleinere Bauräume kann man natürlich die Bauteile virtuell in Segmente aufteilen und dann verkleben. Aber da beginnt schon das nächste Problem. Alle für den Gebrauch geeigneten Materialien wie PA, PP, PE sind , soweit druckbar, schwer zu kleben, das Gleiche gilt bei diesen Materialien fürs Lackieren. Alles was sich richtig gut kleben lässt, taugt nichts. Alles was stabil ist, klebt nicht (nicht gescheit).

Ich persönlich arbeite in der Hauptsache in Polyamid, allerdings mit "Druckern" , die beim Preis in der Beschaffung Faktor 20 plus von einem Ender 5 liegen. Das sind SLS Maschinen, welche Pulvermaterial in 0.1mm Stufen sintern. Auch PA lässt sich schwer kleben und nur bedingt lackieren. Ich habe an mehreren Motorrädern allerdings seit Jahren Teile dieser Bauart, auch geklebt und Hochglanz lackiert . Wenn man weiss wie, ist das unproblematisch. Allerdings reicht auch bei der grossen SLS Maschine der Bauraum nicht für zum Beispiel einen Heckverkleidung aus. Für jemanden , der Daten hat, kann ich die Firma Voxeljet empfehlen, welche Bauteile im HSS Verfahren anbieten. Kostet natürlich richtig Geld. Die haben Bauräume von 180 x 540 x 1000 mm und die Teile sind in der Funktion richtig brauchbar. Natürlich gibt es auch einen Haufen SLS Anbeißt mit grossen Bauräumen, Kosten sind identisch, die preiswertesten teile kommen erstaunlicher Weise aus Frankreich und nicht aus China.

Um für den Hausgebrauch Teile zu reproduzieren bleiben aus meiner Sicht zwei Alternativen: Laminieren in GFK/ Carbon oder Vakuumguss. Wobei dünnwandige Teile wie z.B. Verkleidungen schwer zu giessen sind. In beiden Fällen muss einen Form gemacht werden, welche sich für Laminieren einfach durch Abformen erstellen lässt. Schnapphaken , Bohrungen usw. müssen nachträglich angebracht werden. Anders beim Vakkumguss, die Form lässt sich durch Abguss in Silikon herstlen inkl. aller Bohrungen , Schnapphaken und Versteifungsrippen. Hinzu kommt bei diesem verfahren eine selbst zubauende Unterdruckkanmmer plus die entsprechende Vakuumpumpe hinzu. Gerissene und defekte Teile lassen sich durch manuelles Ausbessern provisorisch als Urmuster aufbereiten, nach dem Ausformen aus dem Silikon sind sie meist nicht mehr brauchbar. Giessen kann man z.B. in PU, eventuell sogar GFK-verstärkt. Lässt sich prima zum Lackieren aufbereiten und man kann unter Umständen kleinste Serien aus der Silikonform damit herstellen.
